Kandee Palette By: Too Faced

OMG!!! First off I have to say this is AWESOME. If you didn't know already "I want Kandee" is a palette created by the YouTube star Kandee Johnson. She was actually one of the first makeup YouTubers I watched when I first got heavily into makeup.

She is the cutest thing ever! So nice on her videos and funny. I support her so much for how humble she was about this launch as well.

Now to the palette...

The packaging is, surprisingly, a completely tin box. All a light pink color with gold / black detailing & lettering. There is also a drawn Kandee portrait sticker.

The inside has two rows of eyeshadow (6 each row) and three highlighting shades.
THE SHADOW SMELLS LIKE CANDY!!!!!!!
Literally... It smells delicious, a little similar to Too Face's Chocolate Palette. With super cute names, of course.

Swatches left to right:
Licorice Rope, Taupe Berry, Hot Chocolate, Frosted Pink, Sweet Toffee, Butterscotched, Raspberry Cocoa, Sugar Plum, Cream Puff, Sugared Strawberry, Pastry, & Sparkling Cider.

The matte shades come off a bit chalky, but the shimmer shades blew me away!
I expected Frosted Pink & Sugar Plum to be very light and not very pigmented. DANG they proved me wrong!
When I swatched them both I was happily surprised to see how beautiful they are.

(these are the three highlight shades)

I really liked Whipped Cream because of how pearl-white it is. I was a little disappointed that I am a bit too pail for Banana Cream Pie.
They are as nice as the others, and you get more of them.
Definitely a good palette to have. Very nice shades for the summer into fall.


This retails for $45 (worth it)
