Thing's you should be consuming EVERY DAY

I'm always looking for ways to improve my health. So I thought it would be good to share some things I've learned with you guys one here.

I put together a SMALL list of things you should eat everyday and their benefits (from various resources).

1. Oatmeal:
The one I have in my picture is from Quaker Oats. It's fast to make and these are SO GOOD. They give you a source of Iron, Zinc, and Vitamin B1. It is a powerful fiber and improves blood sugar.

2. Eggs:
Besides being a great source of protein. Eggs are also good for eyesight and boosts muscle strength. They also lower risk of migraines and keeps weight down. By eating eggs, however you like to, you will feel fuller faster. You will have energy to take on the day!

3. Dark Chocolate:
I personally don't like DARK chocolate. But I tried these little bites of chocolate from Brookside I was able to eat it quite easily. They are the best little candies and they have benefits too. It improves heart health, overall cholesterol, helps blood sugar and is rich in antioxidant foods.

4. Black Tea:
EARL GREY BLACK TEA IS MY SH*T!!!!! This stuff is literally the best thing ever. It not only treats diarrhea and improves digestion. It also helps with depression, anxiety and gives energy.

5. WATER:
Of course water is very important, so I had to include it. Did you know water helps with fatigue, skin care, boosting immunity, preventing cramps, and simply makes you happier?!
