Two High-End Eye Primers
These are two of my favorites.
'Urban Decay' Primer Potion &
'Lorac' Behind the Scenes Primer.
First with Urban Decay:
This is great because it comes with a little applicator! The full-size does not, but this mini does. Super cute!
It is skin-toned in color and creamy when applying to the eyelid. It makes the eye shadow really pop on the lids and appear more vibrant.
It dries really nice with a matte-er finish.
(Top swatch in my hand picture.)
I would recommend this for people with oily or combination skin types.
Great for everyday shadow or event. This will cover-up redness and calm discoloration.
$20
Now Lorac:
This one is more of a pail-toned color. It is very moisturizing and hydrating for the eyelids.
It doesn't cover-up as much of the redness as the other one. This is my favorite of the two for making my shadow last longer. A little really goes a long way and it feels so good.
I recommend this for a dry skin types and people that use eye makeup everyday.
